Hi JohnI notice you have not had a huge response to your request. Last year I went to an excellent grafting workshop at Harmony Farm run by Southern Highlands Permaculture Group. We car pooled, it was a great day out in a beautiful location.
The time of year for grafting is critical, maybe Jill or Debbie could advise if/when they'll be having another one. I certainly would like to go again, it's definitely an art that takes lots of practice to accomplish.

We at mid-blue-mountains seedsavers are looking for someone to teach us how to graft fruit trees. Does anyone know of anybody in the (western) Sydney area who might be able to do a workshop for us.
